NO PETS ALLOWED AT THE MOOSE HOUSE
Rates are based on six person occupancy. $10.00 per person extra per night for over six people.
Two night minimum except major holiday's are three night minimum.
If Two night stay includes one weekend or holiday night both nights will be charged at the weekend rate.
Check-in Time is
Later checkout may be arranged if house is not booked for that
night.
Deposit & Payment
Due Dates
A $150 Security and Cleaning Deposit is due at time of booking. This deposit is
over and above the rate for the total stay. The deposit will be mailed to you
after checkout when cabin is found clean and without damage. 50% of the total
rate for your stay is due 30 days prior to check-in with the remainder due one
week prior to check in.
Cleaning Policy
The house is to be left as clean as it was found and is equipped with all the
cleaning supplies needed. If you would like help with cleaning, it can be
arranged prior to your stay at $17 per hour. Any extra cleaning required after
checkout that was not arranged, will be charged at a rate of $20 per hour and
will be subtracted from the deposit.
What To Bring
The Moose house is fully equipped for your convenience. There are also laundry
facilities in the garage. The only items necessary to bring are sheets, towels,
paper towels, laundry soap, and food. Some other items you may want to consider
bringing would be kindling, lounge chairs or chaise lounges for the beach, and
mosquito spray (in summer).
You'll be given information about keys to the house as soon as your final
payment is received. A Community Park Pass will be left on the kitchen
counter. This pass must be displayed on your windshield and allows you
free access to the community facilities. Boat launch and dock passes will
be issued separately.
Location
The Moose House is located 35 miles north of Olympia, Washington or a 2 hour
drive from Seattle, Washington. Daily ferries run from Seattle to Bremerton
which is approximately 40 miles from The Moose House.
